We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.
If a return is necessary, your sales associate can help facilitate the return. To start the return process, call or email us at the phone number or email address found on our Contact Us page. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. See below for more information.
New Appliances: Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor manufacture warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. No returns on Special Order or Closeout items. Qualified returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Used Appliances: Sold as-is, with no refunds or returns. Only the intended function is covered—cosmetic issues, squeaks, or squeals are excluded.
New or Used Appliances that have been laid down during transport or handling cannot be returned.
Parts
In-store Purchases: Yes, parts purchased directly from us in-store can be returned within 30 days, provided they have not been installed. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
Installed Parts: Returns for parts that have been installed are handled on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the type of part, duration of installation, and return eligibility will be considered.
Non-returnable Items: Please note that electronic parts and sealed system components are non-returnable. This includes compressors, driers, condensers, evaporators, control boards, and other sealed system & electronic components.
Parts & Labor Warranty for service: Appliance Rx offers a 30-day labor warranty & a 5-year parts warranty for all repairs that are the same issue. Exclusions apply: Anything listed above, Neglect or Abuse related breakage, or lightning strikes. Must have original invoice from Appliance Rx for proof of purchase.
All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery or pickup per our Damage Claims Policy. After this period, no returns will be accepted..

At Appliance Rx, we take great care in delivering quality service. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our damage claim policy below:
Reporting Timeline:All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service, delivery, pickup, or installation completion. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
How to Submit a Claim: To file a damage claim, please: Send a written report via email to billing@appliance-rx.com or text us at 573-202-8456.
Include supporting documentation, such as:
- Clear photos of the damage
- Receipts or proof of value
- A detailed description of the issue
Assessment & Liability: Appliance Rx reserves the right to inspect and assess any reported damage before determining liability or resolution.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Issues unrelated to the service provided
Appliance Rx also reserves the right to photograph any damage, including pre-existing conditions, for documentation and assessment purposes.
